An intimate and exclusive gastronomic experience in Palamós
Welcome to our home.
We invite you to live an unforgettable culinary adventure at La Gastronòmica, located in Palamós, at the heart of the Costa Brava. A unique experience, in a welcoming environment and a semi-professional kitchen, designed to share, discover and taste the best of our land.
We will start with a guided visit to the fish market, where we will choose the freshest and most authentic products of the area. Afterwards, we will have an aperitif in a charming bar in the old town of Palamós, to get into the atmosphere and start tasting the territory.
Afterwards, we will enter the kitchen of La Gastronòmica, where we will prepare an authentic Catalan appetizer. Led by our chef, we will prepare sea and mountain dishes with local products, always paired with selected local wines to complete the experience.
