Its character is revealed in its very name: Costa Brava – the wild coast. The product itself is pure, intense and sinuous, like a coastal path that winds its way down to the sea through hundred-year-old pine forests. Secluded coves and a full palette of colours, crisp rich flavours, like the Pyrenees’ dive into the Mediterranean. Sea and mountain, fishermen’s stews and select meats.

 

The passing of the seasons is reflected in each dish, which become canvases for painting with all their colours and shades. A star-winning gastronomy, famous around the world, which looks to the future respecting its delicious heritage: from tomato-rubbed bread to spherification. Your meal is served!
